A conventional rental
1K apartment · ¥100,000/month · unfurnishedOf which the ¥100,000 deposit may partly return, less cleaning charges. The furniture is yours to sell or discard when you leave.
Kanoedai Studios
Unit 102 · ¥135,000/month · furnishedOf which one month is returned at move-out if the room is in good order. You arrive with a suitcase and the room is finished.
Conventional figures are typical for a 1K rental in central Yokohama and vary by property and agency. We’ve used realistic mid-range numbers, not worst-case ones. Our own figures above are exact.
